As a Vision Implementation Partner, your organization, business or group will be supporting Tuscarawas 2020 and the future we see for the Tuscarawas Valley. Just follow these simple steps to get started!

Step 1: Download the Tuscarawas 2020 Plan

Step 2: Sign up online to let us know you would like to be a VIP

Step 3: Download the Vision Implementation Partnership Form and follow the instructions. You will need keep the Tuscarawas 2020 Plan handy to help you select the specific Task Team Focus and strategy or set of strategies, and list the organization(s) you believe you could work with in an alliance to accomplish that strategy. (An example is included on the form).

Step 4: Identify a benchmark or outcome to measure your progress, and develop action steps for implementation for each strategy adopted.

Step 5: Once you have identified your benchmark(s) and action steps, please submit them to Tuscarawas 2020 via mail, fax or email. (Contact information is on the form).

The progress and outcome(s) will be reviewed annually so that we, the citizens of the Tuscarawas Valley, may celebrate our successes.
